Just before Christmas I received a package in the mail from the lovely Fiona. It was a Pay it Forward gift that I had been lucky enough to sign up for almost a year ago.
A lovely travel sewing kit made in a gorgeous blue linen with a Prince Charming print, and a matching pin cushion. I just love it as it is is both gorgeous and practical, and I will get a lot of use out of it.
Fiona also included two fun Fat Quarters (pirate themed), a frixion pen (which I can't get here), some cute buttons and some yummy Cadburys chocolate which of course has already disappeared.
Thank you so much Fiona. And now it is my turn to Pay it Forward!
If you don't already know the rules you need to leave a comment on my blog and in a few days time I will draw three winners. Then sometime over the next 12 months I will send you a small handmade gift. The only thing you need to be prepared to do is to pay this forward to three more people once you receive my gift.
So if you want to enter just leave me a comment below, maybe suggesting what type of small handmade gifts you like to receive :-)
*EDIT* The Pay It Forward is now closed and the lucky winners (chosen by random) are Serena (Sewgiving), Faith (Willit Neverend) and Ruth.

Hi Deborah! I'd love to be part of your 2015 Pay it forward. I organized one last year and I'm also doing it it this year. It's a lovely initiative! xxx
ReplyDeleteHi Deborah, what a beautiful and useful gift. I really like the main print too. I won't be joining in the Pay It Forward but wanted to just drop by and see what's happening.....
ReplyDeleteOooh you lucky duck - they are lovely handmade gifts! I'd love to join in! Something to do with a colourwheel would be fun and useful :)
ReplyDeleteLucky you!!! I have never tried the frixion pen but would love to hear what you think. And those blue buttons are so cute! No need to enter me in the contest but good luck to the others.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous gift to get from Fiona! I love the look of those buttons too!
ReplyDeleteNot sure I could commit right now, but those are lovely items!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I wouldn't mind being a part of this. I love gift giving.
ReplyDeleteYou are so welcome Deborah it was a joy to Pay it Forward to you
ReplyDeleteI shall enjoy seeing what you make for your own Pay it Forward gifts.
I am already in the middle of a pay it forward but just had to say what a lovely set this is!!!
ReplyDeleteSuch wonderful gifts. That Tula Pink fabric is one of my favourites of hers. I really love the idea of pay it forward but I better not commit to any more things at the stage so best not to include me.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to join in too - a mug rug or a tea cosy for my ceramic travel cup would be fun!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely gift. I won't sign up, but I will admire from the sidelines.
